This 25kg Big Bag Packing Machine is composed of bag storage, bag taking and bag sorting device, bag loading manipulator, bag clamping and unloading device, bag holding device, bag bottom vibrating device, bag mouth guiding device, vacuum system and control system. Features are as follows:
1) Wide adaptability to packaging bags. The packaging machine adopts the bag loading method by picking up the bag, that is, taking the bag from the bag storage library, positioning the bag in the center, sending the bag forward, positioning the bag opening, pre-opening the bag, inserting the knife into the bag opening, and spreading it to both sides The bag mouth, and finally the bag. This bag loading method does not have high requirements on the size error of the packaging bag manufacturing and the quality of the bag itself, thereby reducing the cost of bag making.
2) Two proximity switches are installed at the position of the bag opening of the bag clamping and unloading device, which are used to detect whether the bag opening is completely clamped and whether the bag opening is completely opened. Thereby, it is ensured that the packaging machine does not misjudge and will not spill materials on the ground, which improves the use efficiency of the packaging machine and the on-site operating environment.
3) The clamping bag blanking device adopts a fully enclosed design, and adopts the separation technology of the blanking channel and the dust removal channel. There are 6 dust removal ports in total to minimize the leakage of dust.
4) There is a vibrating device on the conveyor below the blanking opening of the clamping bag. After the blanking is completed, the bottom of the bag is tapped to exhaust the gas in the material. An exhaust plate is installed on the plywood of the bag holding mechanism to exhaust the air in the bag mouth.
5) Pneumatic components such as solenoid valves are all sealed, not exposed to install, and can be used in dusty environments, which can ensure the equipment has a long life.
